Megapiksel is looking for 2 freelance marketing specialists

Megapiksel is growing, and we're looking for 2 freelance marketing specialists to join our team — people who are skilled in both design and the creative side of social media.

We're looking for long-term partners, not one-off project freelancers. Our current freelancers have been with us for years — this model works, and everyone wins.

We're looking for people who come to the project manager with ideas to build content from, rather than waiting for exact input in every situation — people the project manager can rely on for content creation.

We hope this sounds like you

  • You're passionate about marketing and keep learning about it in your free time too. If someone asks what the last marketing book you read was, you won't be stuck for an answer.
  • You're proactive and take on tasks on your own initiative.
  • You have an eye for social media.
  • You're strong at both writing and design.
  • You're ambitious about reaching a high level in marketing.
  • An intense work pace suits you.
  • You enjoy working with different clients and switching gears quickly.
  • You have previous agency experience.

What do we offer?

  • Retainer clients who are great to work with, trust us, and whose marketing you'll influence over an ongoing period.
  • Varied projects with clients across different industries.
  • The chance to take part in a range of marketing activities: creative ideas, social media, newsletters, ads.
  • A young, ambitious team to work alongside.

Your main responsibilities

  • You'll create social media content (both copy and visuals).
  • You'll design creative assets for ads (mainly for Meta and Google).
  • You'll generate creative ideas and contribute to campaign planning.
  • You'll put together newsletters.
  • You'll join photo and video shoots when needed.
