- General Terms
This Privacy Policy describes how Megapiksel Stuudio OÜ (registry code 12966423, location: according to the commercial register, hereinafter Megapiksel) processes personal data collected through Meta Lead Ads forms.
Megapiksel processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter GDPR) and the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia.
- Processed Data
Through Meta Lead Ads forms, Megapiksel collects the following data:
- Company name;
- First and last name;
- Phone number;
- Email address.
Personal data is collected directly from the data subject through their voluntary action, i.e., by filling in and submitting the form.
- Purpose and Legal Basis of Data Processing
Personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- contacting a potential client;
- providing an offer regarding Megapiksel’s services;
- negotiating possible cooperation.
The legal basis for processing the data is the data subject’s consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
- Data Retention
Megapiksel retains collected personal data for up to 12 months after the last contact with the data subject or until the data subject requests deletion, whichever occurs first.
After the retention period, the data is permanently deleted or anonymized. - Data Transfer and Authorized Processors
Megapiksel may transfer personal data to third parties only if necessary for the purpose of data processing or for compliance with a legal obligation.
Personal data may be processed through the following service providers:
- Pipedrive OÜ – for customer management and contact tracking purposes;
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – for providing advertising services (Meta Lead Ads forms).
Meta Platforms may also process data outside the European Union, including the United States. In such cases, data transfer takes place in accordance with GDPR Articles 45–49, using the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Data Security
Megapiksel implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of personal data, preventing unauthorized processing, accidental loss, alteration, or disclosure.
Access to personal data is granted only to authorized employees who need it to perform their job duties. - Data Subject Rights
The data subject has the right to:
- request access to their personal data;
- request the correction or deletion of incorrect data;
- restrict the processing of data or object to processing;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee) if they believe their rights have been violated.

- Changes to the Privacy Policy
Megapiksel reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy to ensure compliance with legal or business practice changes. The new version will be published on Megapiksel’s official communication channels.
